Hey there peeps ?
I would like to start by asking you guys how you feel about this change on the blog for December and if you are excited to see what comes next? Also, I just wanna say a massive thank you for all your support and the love you share. You guys are just amazing.
Moving further at the actual post, next thing on the list for this “season” is a classic favourites, wich I haven’t done in a really long time. And yeah, I know it is still November but given the fact that there are so many other Christmas related posts/videos coming soon, I thought it might be just right if I uploaded my favourites one day earlier. I still have to warn you though, there are not many new things on the list, I pretty much still enjoy everything I used 2 months ago and haven’t tried much since but, but there are some really cool new stuff too. Even some random ones, but you’ll see.
So without further ado, let’s get into it:
First of all, makeup :
And I’ll start with lips. One of my top pics when it comes to lips is my trusty Nyx Lip Lingerie in the shade Lace Detail. Gorgeous nudy-pink matte shade, still loving it so much. On the days I feel more adventurous though, I always go back to my trusty red Rimmel Vivid Matte Liquid Lipstick. If you are on the haunt for a classic red, sexy color and you also need it to turn matte, I have to say this would be a pretty good pick. Next thing is an all time favourite and it is the Rimmel Lasting Finish foundation in the shade 100 Ivory. Amazing coverage, natural look, stays put all day. In one word : perfect drugstore pick. If you are talking about face makeup one item I have been using since September without fail is the Bourjois Randience Reveal concealer in the shade 01. This thing can brighten your under eyes like nothing I ever tried before. It is one of my staples and I can’t recommend it enough. One new item on my list of favourites is the Tanya Burr Selfie Sculpt brow pencil. This one it is by far the best eyebrow filler I ever put my hands on. I use the medium shade so I can just speak for this one but the shade is the most natural one, you can barely see the difference between your eyebrows and the pencil and it is a pretty good size for the price. And last but by no mean least, makeup wise, I recently re-discovered my Nyx Beauty School Dropout palette and to be more specific I felt in love once again with the contour, blush and highlight section of it. That’s why it is all smudgy and almost gone. I need to order a new one. Put these shades are just incredible. They are very pigmented, look natural, blend very well and if you ask me they’ll suit anybody.
Moving on to skin and hair :
First 2 items on my list are the La Roche-Posay Duo: the Effaclar Duo+ cream and the cleanser. If you have to deal with problematic/acne prone skin then this will make you’re live much more easier. It cleanses, moisturizes and corrects the imperfections, even the marks. Next item I couldn’t live without the past month is the Balea dry shampoo with coconut. Honestly? It works like any other dry shampoo, does it job but what really sold me was the smell. You literally smell like a tropical combo after using that. Amazing. Speaking of hair, the combination I am using at the moment that I find works miracles for me is : Le Petit Marseillals Almond infused shampoo with the Nivea Hairmilk Conditioner. I find that these 2 together leave my hair 1. smelling amazing and 2. feeling so soft and so healthy. You should definitely try those 2.
And the 2 random things for this month are:
First one is the Ives Rocher Cherise eau de toillet, wich let me tell you smell incredible. If you are a fan of sweet but also fresh scents you will love this, it smells just like a garden and also lasts very well. The second thing are the Sondey Liodoro Almond biscuits from Lidl. Every single morning, during October and November I have been having my coffee with 4 of these biscuits as a breakfast. And let me tell you that this is the way to start your day.
That is pretty much it guys. I inserted a video as well to kind of show you the products so you can get a proper idea of what I am talking about. Hope you’ll enjoy the post, the new concept and those huge amounts of festive content. Make sure to share your thoughts, ideas or opinions in the comment section down below or on social media. You can also find me on : Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Tumblr and on Youtube as well. So go over, give it a look and show your love and support. Keep in mind that my post/videos are not paid and that I am only a beginner. That will be it guys. Until Tuesday, have a holly jolly week ? .
